Requirement:

  • Able to use computer including MS Excel, Word and Adobe.
  • Fluent in speaking English and Malay, able to speak Chinese will be an added advantage.
  • Responsible and able to finish key task in the fixed timeline.
  • Report to Operation manager.

Job description:

  • Able to handle client enquiry via calls and physical visit into the office.
  • Check and reply email for client enquiry.
  • Ensure complete documentation for client, including follow up with clients, collect and ensure all the details are correct..
  • Fill up client application forms and arrange dispatch/courier for documentation.
  • Able to do maid applicant submission to JTK, embassy, immigration, other related department and follow up promptly.
  • Monitor maid renewal process, remind client to renew maid visa/passport, follow up and ensure completion.
  • Communicate with oversea supplier and arrange online book flight ticket.
  • Work closely with supplier and assist sale team document make sure submission is on time.

  • Require to visit client house or office to make explanation or solving client issue.
  • Able to follow up with existing client, close the case and collect the payment.
  • Handle client complaints and help to solve their issue.

  • Fetch maid to complete medical, employer house sometime to airport.

  • Create facebook page, frequent posting to engage potential client, monitor enquiry.
  • Create and update website post, monitor website enquiry.
  • Create blog and update news.
  • Create more traffic to our website, facebook and blog.
  • Create some campaign to attract more user.
  • Check and reply email for client enquiry
  • Pass the client enquiry to sale team.
  • Work closely with sale team and operation team.
  • Willing to travel via car or flight – mostly by car.
  • Able to design or liaise with printing supplier to develop leaflet, catalog, uniform, all marketing related material.
  • Able to develop new business idea – including cool-calling, face to face visit to confinement centre and other potential business area together with sale team.
  • Assist sale team to follow up with existing client.
  • Handle client and maid complaints and help to solve their issue.
  • Visiting embassy or Polo office to handle maid issue.
